Library preparation and sequencing (Oxford Nanopore) is possible for RNA, cDNA and DNA. Please contact us for requests. PacBio sequencing is also possible upon request (in cooperation with WGGC Düsseldorf).

It is possible to sequence libraries that have been prepared by you, as long as these are compatible with standard Illumina sequencing primers or you need to provide custom primers. As we don´t mix external libraries with libraries generated inhouse, your libraries need to be sequenced on separate flowcells.

Apart from the frequently used applications described above, we also perform a number of other protocols and applications (some examples are: RNA-Seq with preamplification, Ribosome Profiling RAD-Seq, and single cell DNA sequencing).
