Technology Platforms

The CCG has an excellent technical and physical infrastructure for all types of genomic issues that all interested groups - preferably those of the University of Cologne - is made available, most of them on collaborative basis like Next Generation Sequencing, Next Generation Cytogenomics, genotyping and capillary electrophoresis.

In the context of collaborations the CCG strives to cost-effectiveness, brings a technical and scientific expertise to projects and tries to attend them as a whole - from planning to publication. Therefore, an interdisciplinary team consisting of biologists, medical scientists, mathematicians and computer scientists is available.

The CCG is a University Graduate Institution and therefore does not operate for profit.
